How to get Good Quality Sleep

Sleep affects almost every type of tissue and system in the body – right from the brain, heart and lungs to metabolism, immune function and mood. So it's very important for you all to get good quality sleep.
* You must avoid caffeine and alcohol late in the day.
* Try to sleep and wake up at the same time every+day.
* Avoid eating large meals for two to three hours before bed.
* Avoid browsing internet and watching TV late at night.
* Try a warm bath before going to sleep.
